Born in a small rural town, Enfield North Carolina, Gregg was not a stranger to hard work. His parents instilled values in him that early on he realized was priceless. Gregg learned how to be a great husband and father by watching his father lead and doing what it took to take care of his family. In the famous words of his father he learned “How to take care of Business.” His father stood firmly on values such as Honesty, Integrity, Honor and Respect. Always having a heart to see others do well. These are just a few of the things that Gregg use today as his moral compass in life. Gregg always seeks ways to provide for his family and create abundance in their lives.

Gregg and his wife Lenika have 6 daughters. This defines him as one of the ultimate "Girl Dads". He uses his values he learned growing up to help guide and educate his children on in their   journey through life. One of his greatest Visions is to Build a Legacy for his children and generations to come. One of the statements that he and his wife often say is "We will Leave an Inheritance and not a Bill".

Gregg and his wife Lenika have became very successful entrepreneurs in the Network Marketing Industry but his first opinion about the industry wasn't a good one. Lenika was actually in the industry for years and Gregg always supported her but never thought it would really amount to much. He would tell her that he will work his “Real Job” while she made a little gas money. Often saying “Here we go with another one of those things” but being supportive in the background. Of course that changed in 2009 when Lenika “showed him the money”. It was at that point where he stepped pass the assumptions he had about the industry and began to see its value. He and Lenika locked arms together and in that year they received a major breakthrough in their business. They generated their 1st six Figures in Direct Sales and went on to build a Million Dollar Business.

Today Gregg is still building and helping others to do the same. He uses his strong work ethic, strong love for people but most importantly his strong desire to see others succeed to pull greatness out of everyone he comes in contact with. He brings his skills in training, building and influencing to the marketplace. Gregg firmly believes that everyone has a level of greatness within them. God has given everyone their own measure of greatness and it is up to us to tap into it. Gregg helps others by tapping into those gifts and talents and bringing them to the forefront.
